How do you get over a video game addiction? Everyday its like i have to play my PS3

to stay entertained? in two years i have probably played it for 2500+ hours, have 40,000 online opponents defeated. so much time was put into it its not even funny. i have a girl friend , and still hang out with friends but i do this mostly how can i stop other than the usual advice. im 22 by the way
