how do you get media from your computer to the xbox 360?

I've been trying to figure out how to get media from my computer to my xbox 360. does anyone know how to do it? or how to get any media from anywhere to it?
 
Save the media on to a usb and then put the usb in your xbox. Where you put it in is just below the turn on button also where you plug wired controllers in
