How do you get free ringtones on Samsung Instinct without internet or picturemail ?

I don't like to advertise, but since you asked, Myxer.com.
I've been using it for about a month now. Most of the ring tones, wall papers, and videos are free. Only some you have to pay for. There's no hidden fees or subscriptions.
I also heard you can download ring tones from youtube. Just look up the song and find the original video. Then an advertisement will come up and it will say "Download song". [:
