How do you get an earing out of an infected ear?

I got both my ears pierced when I was about 6 and my left ear got infected and closed up when I was 7. So, 4 weeks ago I got my left ear pierced again because it's been almost 6 years. The earing has been in for almost 4 weeks, and recently it go infected AGAIN!!! Everyone told me I should take it out because it's just going to hurt my ear more! I tryed and tryed to take it out and I can't!!! I grab the stone or earing in the front and I pull the back and then I just make it bleed. I put medicene on it but it won't work! How should I take it out?

P.S. I got it pierced at Claires.... so if I were you.... I wouldn't go there because they stink!!!!
