How do you get an Air Force ROTC contract without the scholarship and what do they

look for? I'm joining the Air Force Reserves and coming home to pay for school. I'm going to be doing the ROTC program and if I get a contract will apply for a conditional release. I didn't do so hot my first semester I went to college and can definitely bring my GPA up in a semester or two. My question is how do you get an ROTC contract and how hard is it to get one?
