how do you get a stock 08 ford diesel to black smoke without a chip or dpf delete?

I've seen the truck black smoke once but thats it. Do i have to floor it so that it can black smoke? like i said i dont have any dpf delete or tuner. i know this is a retarted questions just make the best out of it!
