He didn't disclose any financial info, and lied to the court, and served me in the newspaper when he knew where I was. The settlement is not just unfair it is terrible. The kids not provided for.
How can I get it set aside and start over?
He didn't put ANY financials.

well if he had you served, then he filled out the divorce with the financials that HE is asking for.

You have every right to disagree with his requests in the financials, you have to respond to his divorce decree though and I suggest doing that through a lawyer. Just so you know, no response to his divorce papers = agreement. so make sure you respond with your own financials

If you signed the papers, the divorce is final... i.e., your marriage is over. But you'll need an attorney to re-open the settlement part, on the grounds of fraud.

You can't have the divorce decree set aside. You can file for an amended decree giving you part of the assets and child support.
See an attorney.
