If the house is in your dads name, I'm sure that it would be your dad's decision for that, so clearly, the house will go to you. Regarding the cars, each of you should keep one. The kids... every other weekend with you, every other weekend with your ex-spouse. Each of you should get half/half. Or, you could try marriage counseling and avoid the legal crap.
