How do you get a barkbark to come in your garden in Viva Pinata Pocket Paradise?

I REALLY want a barkbark to come in my garden and I'm not sure how to do that. They wont come to my garden and i want one to become a resident. If I have to buy one than whats the fastest way to make money and level up to the point where I have the rrequirements to purchase one. Also I need help In Pocket Paradise not Trouble in Paradise.
