My self managed HOA has not done an audit in years and when asked all I get is lies and excuses. Its a state law and in the bylaws. I cant afford to hire my own attorney and shouldnt have to. I know money is being spent for other purposes but cant call district attorney until proof is had. Cant get proof without the audit.
How do you force a rogue HOA board to follow state laws and bylaws?
