How do you fold clothes to make them more compact in a space?

Folding and put a weeks set in a plastic garbage bag and vacuum the air out. Seal it tight and mark with contents, then put in a drawer. I can store 3 vac sacks in the space of 1/2 of the space. White garbage bags work best. Do not overfill the drawer, if the sack leaks it will expand and then you can not get the drawer open.

Would rolling or folding be better? Any suggestions? I am wanting to see if I can make more space for my boxer shorts and man beaters(wife beaters, lol) that I wear. Also want to see if I can make more space in my panty and sock drawers. Thanks.

Probably rolling because if you pack them in they won't crease or wrinkle the way they would if folded. That is just a guess
