You cant just "fix" them, they are a replace only item, but thats not your problem.
To replace engine valves you must remove the cylinder head(s), then remove the valves, clean it all up, check for warpage, cracks, and any other things that may be wrong with the cylinder head, then install new valves and reinstall the head on the engine.
Big $$$.
You have sticky lifters.
Go and have your engine oil flushed, then have it changed 500 miles or so after that is done.
Then make sure that you change the oil and filter every 3,000 miles, not every 4,000, not every 3,500 miles, every 3,000.
Sounds like you have a sludge problem.
