How do you fix Cydia on Iphone 3GS without having SSH or ifile.?

Or if you can get an alternative for it w/out using it. It just keeps crashing. By the way i used ClearCydiaListCache. An error message came up when i was at the final stage it said,"Couldn't intiate process:{0}Unable to load DLL 'iTunesMobileDevice.dll': The specific module could not be found. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x8007007E)" If you can tell me what this means and how to fix it it'll be greatly appreciated. Or get Icy w/out Cydia.

Please help & share your knowlage of this subject.
