How Do You Fix A Picture In Digg.com?

I need to know how do you adjust a picture in DIGG.com? I try uploading an image and only a PIECE of the photo is shown... I tried croping and fixing up the image and shrinking it and nothing the same stupid thing keeps on happening and it is pissing me off? Does anyone know how the hell to fix this?
