I dropped my iPhone last weekend and the touch screen doesn't work any more.
Vodafone say they can't replace it and won't send it off until a proof of purchase document is given to them, which i don't have. I requested one, which will take 5 business days, but it's been 8 and i still haven't heard from them.
I'm over it but is there any way to fix it without sending it away?
