Well, I like to schedule myself - I mean, I usually have a spare hour or two every weekday (at least), so it's not much of a challenge to stretch two 13-episode boxsets to two weeks of solid watching.
Like, my current schedule - Yu Yu Hakusho Season 4 just arrived, with 28 episodes. I'll watch half of that over the next two weeks, leaving me with 14 episodes. I'll save those for when One Piece: Season 1 - Third Voyage arrives, where I'll spend the next two weeks burning through that (with the commentary on the end), the rest of Yu Yu, and the end of my Rurouni Kenshin re-watch.
I started this last Summer, with YYH S1 and the first batch of RK episodes; one of each every night for an entire month. If I pace myself and only buy what I absolutely want, then I have good shows every day (except for Sundays, though I double up on Saturdays) and no big backlog. It's like my own little nighttime Toonami.
