How do you find the author of a fan-fic?

I was just wondering if there was any way or anyone that new how to, contact the person that wrote "Where Angels Lose Their Way." It's one of the Digimon fan-fics on The Jew Box website and it was last updated in September 2008.

If anyone has any information on this site, the author, or how to get in touch with him/her please answer.
