There is a blog (online) and these ppl are talking about someones personal life and family. Just completely destroying their reputation and character, what kind of lawyer would we need to speak to??
Contact your local BAR Association (it's in the 'phone book) and see what they suggest.
Are you the person who is being harmed by this blog? Or are you just offended by it? Unless the authors/writers on this sleazy blog are directly attacking you (or your family) you probably won't have a case against them.
Unfortunately, the Internet, for all the good things on it, has given sleazoids a public forum. Try to ignore them.
