I used to live in NJ and you could go online and file with the State Commerce Dept - banking/financial section.
DX: They all ready have several complants, the other fools are all doing it online they need to go to the proper agency that is why I want to do this, I have a problem and I will forward all the other complaints as well hopes to shut them down
