How do you figure out what your % is of credit/clock hours for financial aid?

I am in college full time, 2nd yr. of my degree and on finical aid. I have to maintain a student of academic progress and it states that I can't exceed 150% of credit/clock hours. I don't know how to figure out what I'm at so far?
