Recently I was pulled over in another VA for a speeding violation, for going 33 in a 20 MPH, which I slowed down once i saw the sign, and once I passed it was when I got pulled over..
The officer not only gave me a speeding violation but a citation for illegal tints. This was all done in VA, but I live in MD and car is registered in MD.
The speeding thing I know I cant get off the hook for, which I feel is bull crap anyways, but the ticket for the tint was even more stupid. MD law is 35% tint in the front, while VA law is 50% tint. Can I fight this? I Know in other states it might even be lesser? So what? when they drive to VA they roll there windows down the whole time?
Can a good lawyer help me out here!
