Hey,I'm about to join the bally total fitness gym.however I don't know what to expect after exercise.I haven't worked out his last november.does your body hurts on the first few days.and what's a good machine that could build abs!?!I really need to know the machines to build abs.does bally total fitness have anything for abs?thanks
