How do you feel about Domonican Salons?

I think i'm going to go to the Sashelvis Domonican Salon.
and I want to know what do you guys think about Domonican Salons if you've went to one or work at one?
also do you think Domonican Salons can do this style: http://i27.tinypic.com/2rnj1ck.jpg

and do they do good coloring?
