How do you edit photos on facebook? xx?

I've seen people with really nice profile pictures and with e.g. popart style and with different types of text and with pictures added etc.
I've looked on google and searched fcbk apps for things like this but all you can do is change the 'contrast' and 'temperature' but I want to do more than that. x

There's an application on Facebook called "Picnik". There are a ton of different styles on it, and you can also add text. It's basically what everyone is using to edit their pictures. Hope that helped.
