How do you draw people towards your poetry, yet keep them out of your head?

Yeah, I don't expect clear and concise answers.
Just type something.
Yes, Matthew, I'll try....
Come on, Betty!
Let us in!
christen- I hope I've already done that, on occasion...
heartbeat-
Maybe the brave ones choose not to share and the rest of us are cowards...
вℓυєвєℓℓє - when we censor ourselves, we never fully purge.
Purge!
shultzie-
I love the idea.
I'll bait up.
Juin-
A society of stick people sounds delightful.
Daanl- No, I want them in mine for a few seconds, then I want them out.
Dah-
Seems reasonable...
Rez-
They are gaining entry through the scalp....
Sin-
That's it! I should have known!
Thank you!
MDB-
Alright.

I color an arrow doo doo brown, turn a caution side upside down, and put sparkles on the two way street one, so they can leave, only if they need to

you want in their heads...right?..:)
what's good for the moose is good for the meander....hehehe..was that right? maybe..what is good for the caboose is good for the bender...well something along those rails...salute!

I couldn't keep them out of my head....why do you think I stopped posting my poetry? Yep, call me a frightened little mouse, I know it!

You're already in, Buk. It's not you I'm a-skeert of. :-P

On some level they get into your head...but since the speaker isn't always the poet they only see what you want to show them.

Leting them into your head though is usually where the best poetry is produced so when I doubt open the door.

Edit: My issue always seems to be how can I get more into my own head to write what I need to write (having that issue right now)?
