How do you download stuff from Internet with iPhone?

Something tells me it can't be done because u can only do it through stupid iTunes I guess. Any help would be appreciated!

well depends what you're downloading ? the iphone generally does not support any file format, so it probably cant download much. its not made for it, after all. its better to go on a computer, download it, then transfer it to the iphone. if your talking about an app, though, theres the app store..?
