M Mike New member Sep 4, 2009 #2 im going on memory here but the horn ring is pressed on and can be removed by two srewdrivers behind it and pull towards you, OR, behind the insignia in the center of the wheel theres a nut or screw. pop the insignia out and go from there.

N not 2 B fooled New member Sep 4, 2009 #3 There should be retaining screws on the back of the 'wheel that hold the horn ring on - remove them to get to the wiring for the horn

D dodge man New member Sep 4, 2009 #4 if you got the wheel that has the bar going across for the horn it just presses on,you can pop it off,it just kind of pushes on and off,good luck.
