How do you do full court press on NBA 2K9?

press one of the buttons on the D-Pad (left/right) and the list of plays should appear on the bottom left corner of your screen - then press the button corresponding to the full court press play.....
 
Everyone does it on me, the full court press. How do you do it? So your whole team tries to steal the inbound pass.

Also, if you guys have any other defensive/offensive tips that would be great.

Btw, I'm playing on my ps3 but I guess it wouldn't matter if you're playing Xbox 360 too
