Well honey...have you thought about going to church so that your teen can be involved in a support group of teens and other parents? We all need a support mechanism, and we will have one, this is how are made. God placed a void,l an empty felling within all of our hearts, that can only be filled with Him and His presence. This is why He created the church. this is why He freely gives us His Spirit. Find an apostolic church, one who believes in the power of the Holy Ghost, one that has a good, strong, youth group for your child to become a part of , this will help her/him to feel more accepted. I will pray for you and your child tonight. Expect things to begin changing. Jesus is all power! feel free to email me, anytime, I am a prayer warrior, filled with the Holy Ghost(Spirit) I welcome new friends, and new opportunities to tell of His wonderful works. Your child needs to have what's called a "generational curse", passed down throughout many, many previous generations...it will be broken by the precious blood of Jesus!!! Just pray, call on Jesus!

My 13 year old has been seeing a therapist for depression. I have a hard time disciplining her because she's already so depressed. Today, I went grocery shopping. I came home and she wanted something else and wanted me to walk to a minimart and get it for her. I told her she needed to go herself. So she said she hates her life and can't wait until she dies. I don't take that lightly because there has been another suicide in the immediate family and she worries me. But she also walks all over me, never helps me with any housework, and has become spoiled. I don't know what to do. :(
