How do you delete/block people on Whatsapp (from a Nokia c300)?

I need to know how I can block people on Whatsapp. I have tried searching how to do this & each time the answer has been something like 'go to settings, then chat settings' but I don't have that! When I go to settings it says 'Chat name & Cellular when roaming' and that's all :( Please help guys. Thank you in advance <3
