This goes for all sports out there. What do you do to help you calm yourself down, and execute the shot/ w/e you need to do. Or things that help you from thinking too much, and let just let you do it?
For me, I play golf, and whenever I'm faced with a putt I need to make, I try to listen to everything about me. The birds chirping, wind in my ears, cars, etc. It helps me stop thinking too much about the shot, and just lets me do it.
