How do you deal with people who say it's none of my business that they are destroying

their lives? There's also people who say it's none of my business they use hard drugs like heroine yet they keep using the entire public healthcare system is funded by tax dollars.
I keep harping on someone to stop eating so much and doing bad things to their body. They keep telling me to mind my own business. The thing is, they are on the MEDICARE & WELFARE system which is paid for by tax dollars!

Another person major debt and when I tell them not to spend so much, they say something like "I spend what I want to! It's none of your business!" They just foreclosed on their house. They are also a big part of the reason as to why the economy is in the disaster it is in now.

How do you deal with people who say "it's none of my business" in what they do, yet it is my business since I'm bailing them out or paying their food & medical bills?
 
It's not your business. You are bailing no one out. Tax payers have this belief that the money they pay in taxes is still theirs, but your government has a different slant. Once you pay your taxes the money is theirs, not yours anymore.
