How do you dance the Zouk?

I had a Gabonese roommate once who grew up in Paris and he was saying there's this very popular, very sexy dance they do in the cafés in the African communities in the north of Paris. What's more you're sure can get in a fight if a friend hears you danced with his lady last night.

This is the Zouk, right? How do I learn it? I have good classical training in salsa, marengue, swing, etc.
