i really want to add a border like this to my images http://bp2.blogger.com/_ea2jmtpnKxM/SDHV_XvGEhI/AAAAAAAABSU/TmdfznPACDU/s1600-h/Dottie+and+Cats+close+up.jpg , i know this is done in photoshop but i don't have that, i do have gimp however, can gimp create these borders, if so can you please explain how to do it, thank you soooo much in advance
