how do you cooking a shoulder of pork?

how do you cook your shoulder of pork (with crackling) and for how long?

greenman i have looked im not damn lazy but i want opinions from people that have actually cooked it as recipes arent proof that it will come out how they have said.
 
First thing I do is cut off the skin (crackling). I then place the shoulder in an 8 qt pressure cooker along with a sachet filled with pickling spice, 2 Tbs., 1 small onion sliced, 2 cloves of garlic, crushed, and 2 cups of water. Bring it up to pressure and cook 40 - 45 minutes. Remove from heat and let pressure drop by itself. Remove roast and sachet from pan and turn water into gravy. Your roast will fall off the bone. You can also pull it apart and add BBQ sauce for pulled pork sandwiches. The skin I bake until crispy and serve as a treat to our dogs.
