...household duties (wife seriously unwell)? Daughter often asks for fish fingers and chips, mine is horrid.
Chips come out soggy and soft, F/fingers a mish mash.
I've tested oil to ensure boiling, (put in one chip) sizzles.
Is it important what potatoes you use?
My beans are perfect!
