Please don't post receipes or advanced cooking instructions. I bought some raw chicken drumsticks at the grocery store, opened them, washed them and want to put them in the oven. That's how to cook them, right? I don't know anything about cooking, but I rubbed some salt, pepper, and wing sauce on them. Is that good? What temperature and for how long? I have 6 drumsticks in a pan.
Thx for all the help. I'm gonna try the 375 for 30 mins. Is that enough for six of them? Chicken seems easy, just chuck in an oven, that's cool. I used a streak knife to cut 2-3 slits in each one. Don't know why I did this, I've seen slits in grilled chicken before, is there a reason for this?
Darn, maybe i should have rubbed butter on them? Yea I saw wing sauce at the store and since I don't know a thing about cooking, I bought it. Pan frying sounds interesting but scary, maybe once I get a bit more experience. So six drumsticks out of the grocery container, washed, rubbed with salt, pepper and wing sauce and 375 for 30 mins? It's been 15 mins already in the oven
