J Julie New member Apr 3, 2010 #1 I have a butt ham that is smoked but not pre cooked. The directions on the ham say cook at 350 for 20 minutes per pound. (its 8 pounds) But someone said that to cook it evenly, its best to cook it at 210 degrees. What directions should I follow?
