I have never cooked chicken before... sounds kinda dumb. but ya know. Its frozen right now, so can i cook it, do i have to thaw it in the microwave, and how long do i cook it. If you have any other helpful info it would be apreciated =)

You don't need to thaw it. I cook mine at 375 for about 45 min when I haven't planned anything for dinner. In my opinion it tastes more moist this way. I just sprinkle it with a little seasoning salt and if I want after I put some barbecue sauce on it.

Well firstly you must thaw it! In my opinion the microwave is not a good idea because it will take forever and at the end you might not even have it completely thawed. I usually leave it in the fridge the night before and then leave it out for a little bit before cook it...on the counter...in a plastic baggie. Anyways before you cook it, you must wash it, not too much but just a little to ensure that some of the germs are gone. Anyways the easiest way to do chicken is to roast it in the oven. Pour some extra virgin olive oil on top, put salt, pepper, sprinkle some lemon and thyme sprigs and you should be all set to bake it at 350 for about an hour or two and you don't even have to do anything.

thew it out and cook it in the oven for about an hour. Most microwaves have a setting for thawing and setting the exact weight of the chicken for precise timing. Season the chicken to your desire and then place it in oven pan for about an hour or a little more. use a fork to check if the chicken is done, if not red or pink anymore, the chicken should be done. Probably put the temp on the oven for about 350 to 400 degrees.
good luck!
