I went to a grocery market and saw this long plant? it said it was aloe and it looked really interesting.I know its used in hair products and what not. I was told that people make it into soup. Help me out please. I want to know if i can make a "formula" so it can help my cousins hair, and if I can cook it , I want to know!!!
