some ideas and suggestions? Need a good 'recipe' for seasoning it also please. I want it too come out moist and not too dried out so need help. I don't normally cook turkey. I don't plan on stuffing it. I would like to know how to cook it on the rotisserie and also how too in an oven, in case I can't get it too work in the rotisserie. Please give me temp. and time to cook. How many days ahead do I need to take the turkey out of the freezer to thaw it? Thanks in advance for your help! Open to ways to cook and recipes.
