How do you cook 2 very thick bacon wrapped fillet mignons?

I have 2 very thick fillet mignons they are about 12-14 0z. each and about 1 1/2 to 1 2/3 inches thick how do I cook them. I have an oven and a small George Forman grill. I paid alot of money for them and I don't want to mess them up, PLEASE HELP.
 
Agree with the poster who said let meat come to room temp. After that, sear the steaks on your george foreman until nicely browned on both sides and then finish in the oven until desired doneness. Good luck!
 
If you have an outside grill, that'd be the optimal way to go. The time it takes depends on how you like your steak done. Let steak become room temp before putting it on heat. Medium high heat.
