I hear many pieces on the Internet that sound very authentic, and I'd like to emulate that sort of sound. However, I don't know how. Does anybody have any suggestions on how to make mp3 files with great sound? Is it impossible to get a good conversion from midi files? If so, what (free, preferably) program can I use to compose using the best sounds?
How do you convert midi files and use varying instrument sounds?
