How do you convert cooking time from a microwave to an oven?

I have a chicken and spinach cannelloni recipe that i want to cook and I have bought all the ingredients for. When i looked more closely at the recipe it was cooked in the microwave. I am not a fan of cooking my food in the microwave so i was wondering if I can take the time it takes in a microwave and some how calculate the time it would take to cook in an oven.
It says to cover and microwave on half (50%) power for about 10 mins.
How long should i put it in the oven for?
