How do you connect a Toyota Echo's horn to the turn signal relay, so the horn

beeps every time it blinks? Its a prank so modifications would optimally be nothing permanent. Ideas include running wire from horn hot to bulb hot, or maybe fuse to fuse in the panel. Do you know how to make it happen?
