how do you clear a computers history?

on the top bar of internet explorer how do you clear the history of websites so that when you type in a letter a whole load of websites do not pop up?
 
ha ha ha ha just go to your security program and go to clear history, or if its on google go to prefrances and uncheck display previous results.
 
up at the top bar find the icon that says tools.
then go down to internet options
then click on delete or clear
then it will give you options on what to delete
i usually jus click on delete or clear all
