how do you chat with a representative at att.com?

On my ATT home page I click Help on right side. In the drop down I select Get Technical Support.
I select residential then provide my area code and prefix. Then I select the help I need ie. High speed internet. In the page that opens with frequently asked questions there is a box on the right column that is titled Other support options or similar. In that box is Chat.
There might be other ways but that works for me.
