how do you change to password to a wireless network?

the other day my neighbor watched me type in my password to my wireless network and now he wont quit using. i hate that im paying for the internet acess and hes getting it for free. does anywon know how to change the password to the router on windows 7? i dont know how because the guy from the cable company set it up and he didnt tell me how to change it
