How do you change the spark plugs on a 1999 Lexus ES300?

I have a 1999 Lexus ES300 and i was wondering how to change the back spark plugs on it? Also i was wondering on how to change the spark plug wires? If there are any websites which have pictures please post them. I went to a mechanic and they told me that it would be around 150 to do the job. Thanks
