How do you change the passenger airbag on a Toyota Matrix?

We have a toyota Matrix 07 and there is light up thing that says passenger airbag on or off it doesn't have a key hole or anything that we can find to change it i know it makes me sound kind of dumb by asking the question but if you know please let me know thanks!
